Turns out, a whole lot of the same: smoking tons and tons of weed and pissing people off!
The troubled starlet, whom we had hoped to have put her legal troubles behind her and turned over a new leaf in the New Year, is apparently up to all of her old tricks - only instead of hot-boxing just her car with the pungent, very specific-smelling smoke of her beloved whacky-tobacky, she's now taken to fish-bowling the ENTIRETY of her NYC apartment building…to such an extreme that MULTIPLE neighbors have complained and her landlord threatened to evict her if she didn't stop!
