We love that she works out so much and she always looks like she really kicks her own butt.

No point in going to the gym if you're gonna half-ass your workout!

Especially when you're giving up time out of your precious weekend to get your workout on!

Brenda's a real weekend warrior!

She knows that if she takes off too much time she might start to get a little lazy, so she keeps her motivation up by making fitness a real part of her everyday life!

Gavin Rossdale, rockstar husband to the lovely Gwen Stefani, was spotted out and about in El Lay yesterday.

He was wearing some seksi black pants, a tight black t-shirt and a black hat. Classic cute rocker guy look.

Also, his bulging forearms where hanging out of his tight tee.

Jeez! He must workout all the time! He's in ahmayzing shape!

We think we have an idea of how he got so fit… yoga!

Gavin was snapped by a photog on his way out of his yoga class and threw up the peace sign to the pap.

He seems like he's in a good mood. Maybe it's because he just came from a good workout!

Nothing like yoga to align your mind, body and spirit!

Also having a great body from it is a nice side effect! LOLz!

Tom Daley and Team GB made a funny lip synch video back when the Olympics were going on.

It featured the dive team men and women dancing around in bikinis to LMFAO's Sexy And I Know It.

It was pretty hot. Like pretty way friggin hawt!

Tom must've known we were going into hot body withdrawal so he posted a pic (above) on Instagram and wrote:

He should tweet more pics like that.

With way more guys and way less clothes.
