Demi Lovato has already accomplished SOO much in her young career! She's been an actress, a singer, a judge on The X Factor, and now she's hoping to add one more title to that list: Mommy!

The Heart Attack singer recently revealed her 5-year plan, and although she's not quite sure where she'll end up down the road, she says it's all good as long as she has a husband and some babies when she gets there!

Teen Mom Amber Portwood was beyond depressed during her rehab program, so much so that she tried to kill herself by overdosing on pills.

Those hardships are why she CHOSE prison over an out patient drug program where she could have lived at home and gone to drug treatment program once a week.

Here's what she said:

"I had taken 30 Suboxone [a drug used to treat opioid addictions] within 3 days. The depression took over. I would take 4 or 5 at a time. I felt like I'd rather do my time and get it over with, and make the best of a situation that's been handed to me.I'm not just going to sit. I'm going to do substance abuse classes. I'm going to get my GED."

It's surreal to see Portwood rocking the prison clothes.

She may think she made the right decision now, and maybe will continue to for a little bit longer, but at some point we have to wonder if she's going to realize what a precarious situation she is in now compared to where she was at before.

5 years is in prison isn't a cakewalk, or at least we don't think it is.

Amber Portwood has been sentenced to five years in prison for a drug arrest that happened back in December.

We can't exactly say we're shocked, but it's still astonishing to witness her fall from grace as reality superstar to prison inmate.

The Teen Mom was in court this morning when the judge handed down his sentence. Her attorney asked the court for a reasonable sentence, but the judge stuck to the terms of the original plea agreement.

Portwood was originally sentenced to jail for five years, but was able to avoid the orange jumpsuit by agreeing to complete a drug rehab program. However, she quickly realized she couldn't handle the rehab and CHOSE the big house instead.

Her case will be referred to the Indiana Department of Corrections therapeutic community program, and any time she's already spent in jail will be taken off her sentence.

We hope she's made the right choice and prison is able to turn her life around for the better.
