From gladiator to flabiator, Russell Crowe has lost the physique he had 11 years ago when Gladiator hit the theaters.
But that’s all changing, as Russell is determined to get back into shape. And he’s telling people via twitter.
“Two separate work-outs this morning, body movement for an hour +, then body movement with weighted objects hour +.”
“So, no residual soreness from yesterday, quite surprised. Walked 8km today. Aim to be taking in roughly 2400 cal/2600 cal incl all beverages.”
