Is it just us, or does it Smell Like Teen Spirit here???
Noah Cyrus always seems to be changing up her style on a daily basis, so when she got dressed up for the 4th of July, she decided to shake things up with a bit of a grunge-y twist!
Miley Cyrus's little sis showed off her patriotic side and also dressed for the heat as she wore red, white, and blue shorts with a bikini top! But she put a retro spin on the look by throwing a flannel shirt and a black beanie to the mix!
It's definitely a something new for Noah as she stepped out with with some friends in Malibu, but it's kind of growing on us!
We just didn't realize she was such a big Nirvana fan! LOLz!

Jennifer Garner knows how to get all glammed up for red carpet appearances, but when it comes to everyday errands she’s just a t-shirt and jeans gal.
The gorgeous mother of two was spotted yesterday doing a bit of shopping at the Williams Sonoma in Santa Monica.
And dressed in some jeans, sneakers, and a flannel shirt, Jen still managed to look cute as ever even sans makeup.

People in Japan have their panties in wad over the Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama's flannel shirt he wore to a recent event. They're even saying Yukio's technicolor shirt corresponds with his 67% disapproval rating.
Really? That's harsh!
One critic wrote in a newspaper article:
"This shirt comes from the '80s or '90s. His ideas and philosophy are old. Japan is facing a crisis and we can't overcome it with a prime minister like this."
And this is all because of one shirt? You crazy, Japan!
One government affairs consultant echoed the article saying:
"The press and the media are starting to nitpick on, really, things that are irrelevant to the future of the Japanese people but I would expect that to continue. Whether he's not dressing properly, goes to the wrong restaurants, spends too much on dinner, what his wife is wearing. It goes from the politics of policy to the politics of personality. And that doesn't help Japan."
The people of Japan can think all they want of that shirt, but we just have one question. Where can we get one?
