This was such a bad idea - a bad idea right from the very start. He's sorely regretting getting involved now!

Tommy Karas, Flavor Flav's former business partner, is in the process of taking legal action against the rapper/reality star for allegedly swindling him out of a $30,000 check.

Tommy claims the pair were supposed to be partners in getting Flav's Las Vegas fried chicken project off the ground. He insists that they decided Tommy would handle the money for the deal and would be the go-to man for investors. However, according to the police report filed against Flav by Tommy, Flav went behind Tommy's back and got a group of investors to send him a $30,000 investment, cutting Tommy out of the deal altogether.

How rude!

Unfortunately for Tommy, though he filed a report with the Las Vegas Metro PD, the cops aren't taking any action. They consider it a "civil matter" and suggested Tommy confer with a lawyer.

And that's exactly what he is doing - right now!

Watch your bling, Flav! Sounds like Tommy is out to get you! Hell hath no fury like a man stabbed in the back by a man with gold teeth.

Smart move!

After reports that employees at Flavor Flav's Chicken restaurant in Clinton, IA, were not getting paid, the reality star is pulling his name from the establishment, and claims that his business partner, Nick Cimino, "mismanaged" the business and now he has a "bad reputation!"

He explains:

"I had a licensing agreement with Nick Cimino and that's all we had. It was his business to run from there and the business was not run right. Let me be straight up with you, I went up inside there on April 2 and I found potato salad that expired on February 28. And it's then when I realized I can't do business with this man and I really hope no one ate those potatoes."

GEESH! We hope they didn't, either!

What the hell? That's effing disgusting!

We're glad to hear that he's pulling out of this mess! Hopefully, this will be enough of an incentive for the management to get their shiz together - OR they'll just shut it down!

Sounds like a disaster! Ugh.

Is he still doing this? After the drama he had with his Idaho shop, we thought he'd be over it by now.

He must really love his original recipe!

Word is that reality star/battered poultry connoisseur Flavor Flav is trying to bring his fried chicken joint Las Vegas.

As we hear it, Riviera CEO Andy Choy took a meeting with Flav the last time he was in town and was intrigued by the idea of incorporating the chicken franchise into his casino. In fact, Andy may be so interested, he's willing to to give Flav a prime spot for the restaurant to call its home.

Really trying to class up the joint, aren't you Andy? You've made a fine decision then, getting into cahoots with Flav! The smell of grease and the sound of patrons licking their fingers is just going to be so inviting!

Back in November, Public Enemy rapper/VH1 reality star Flavor Flav became the face of fried chicken in Iowa, when he opened Flavor Flav Chicken restaurant.

Now, employees of the restaurant are accusing Flavor of issuing them bounced checks.

Here's what Flav had to say in response:

"It's not true information first of all and second of all maybe these are people that's just jealous of me being here and probably want to see me out…Yes, we do have money in our accounts."

The owner of the restaurant Nick Cimino claims that their credit card system had a "glitch" and some bounces occurred, but nothing more than that.

Given the fact that over a dozen employees have recently been fired, Cimino believes there are now "disgruntled employees."

Hopefully Flavor Flav can work everything out with his employees!

Then again, if things with the restaurant get REALLY out of hand, he could always bail and just do a few more reality shows instead…
