Fifty Shades Of Grey Earned 95 Million Shades Of Green: E.L. James #1 On Forbes Authors List!

Filed under: Bookz50 Shades Of GreyRichie Rich

DAYUM!!! Whip it GOOD!

Fifty Shades of Grey may be the book you’re most ashamed to read, but that hasn’t stopped you — or anyone else — from buying it!

In fact, Forbes Magazine estimates the trilogy has brought in $95 million in the last year — just based on sales! — giving E.L. James the gold medal on its top-earning authors list.

No wonder R-Patz may be circling the movie adaptation! Who doesn’t want to get their slice of this juicy S&M pie? LOLz!!!

The Hunger Games writer, Suzanne Collins, James Patterson, Danielle Steel, Stephen King, and Nora Roberts were all among the top ten, and while all those writers KILL it in their novels, often weaving in violence or love stories, no one among them has a Red Room of Pain.

So, what’s the lesson we learn?

Bondage = Benjamins. Lots of them! LOLz!!!

Britney Spears Is The Highest Paid Female Musician Of 2012!!!

Everybody, Scream and Shout for our pretty, pretty princess of pop because it was an amaaaaaazing year for Britney Spears!

She was THE highest-paid female musician of 2012, bringing in a total of $58 million. And that says a lot considering she didn't release a new album or even go on tour.

Forbes magazine named her as 2012's top-earner due to her $15 million X Factor deal, her endorsements, the release of her latest fragrance Fantasy Twist and because our girl's popularity and star power just refuse to die down, sales from her 2011 album Femme Fatale have actually skyrocketed a year after its release.

Lori Landew, who helped sign BritBrit to her first record deal explains why:

Ashton Kutcher Is TV's Money Making KING!

ashton-kutcher-highest-paid-tv-actor.jpg

Too bad Charlie Sheen went cray cray from all that tiger blood consumption, ’cause even though he topped Forbes' list of highest paid TV actors LAST year, this year his Two and a Half Men replacment Ashton Kutcher replaces him in the #1 spot!

OUCHIES!

Yep, it seems Demi Moore's cheatin' ex-hubby (well… soon to be ex? no one really knows!) made an estimated $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012, beating out errrrrybody else.

AND Ashton's dating the sexiest woman alive AKA Miss Mila Kunis… NOICE one brosef!

But while the dude obviosly handles himself well in TV sitcoms and big screen romcoms, can Ashton pull off depicting one of the most iconic men EVER in the new Steve Jobs biopic, Jobs?!

We are thoroughly intrigued!

Diva Bon Jovi!

wenn2900711jbj.jpg

Who knew?

Apparently Jon Bon Jovi was fuming that he didn't make it on to the 2010 Forbes magazine Power 100 or the Musicians' Rich List!

A source reveals:

"Jon kicked up a huge fuss and got his people to complain. He couldn't understand why he didn't make the musicians list since Bon Jovi has been touring nonstop since February. Their contemporaries U2 and Bruce Springsteen were on the list. Even Britney Spears was No. 5, and she hasn't done anything this year."

Forbes confirmed Bon Jovi's people had complained and they explained:

"Forbes estimated each act's earnings between June 2009 and June 2010 and included revenue streams such as concert dates, merchandise sales, licensing fees, music sales, and publishing royalties. Bon Jovi didn't tour for eight of those months."

But a Bon Jovi rep refuted the reports saying, "That's ridiculous. Last year, the band took an eight-month break from touring, so there was no expectation that they would rank on this year's list. Next year, different story — their current tour is No. 1 in North America right now and No. 2 worldwide."

Oh, who cares?!

We all know you're rich anyway, Jon!

Who's Number One On Forbes Magazine's Most Powerful Celebrity List?

wenn5472849jb.jpg

It's that time of the year again!

Forbes Magazine has released their 2010 Celebrity 100 Power list, and there have been some major shake-ups in the top ten!

The Big O has once again taken back her number one spot from Angelina with her earnings of $315 million!

And our beloved Brit Brit and GaGaloo have staked their rightful places not too far below!

The list reads:

1. The Big O $315
2. Beyowulf $87
3. James Cameron $210
4. Lady GaGa $62
5. Tiger Woods $105
6. Brit Brit $64
7. U2 $130
8. Sandra Bullock $56
9. Johnny Depp $75
10. Madge $58

We could do without the uber frightening James Cameron and the douche-miser Tiger Woods, but otherwise, we think it's a pretty solid top ten!

Too bad Miz Jolie dropped from number one to 18, but maybe she can have it back again next year!

Thoughts??
