Tonight at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, Chris Brown took to the stage to perform his single off of upcoming album Fortune, Turn Up The Music, and although he seems to be once again lip-synching a majority of the track, his moves were once again on point!

Last night on the reality competition's double elimination episode, Chris Brown took to the stage to perform Turn Up The Music, the lead single off of his upcoming album, Fortune. To say that he broke it down is one hell of an understatement … but that's exactly what he did!

However, it would have certainly been nice for him to at least ATTEMPT to perform the track live during the less dance-heavy portions of the performance!
The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.
Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:
"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."
That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:
"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."
"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."
Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
