Florence + The Machine's Vintage Ode To L.A.

Oh Hey Lana Del Rey Florence Welch getting all up in that instagram music video!

Lady Flo and her scarlet locks get super sixties in Florence + The Machine's newest visual accompaniment to the upbeat, yet emotional track, Breaking Down.

While we can jam to the tune, the video is majorly blah and super on-trend with found footage, filters that make errrything look old and faded, and snippets of Miss Flo in a bathing suit, or in a car, looking thoughtfully off into the distance.

Snooze! Especially compared to the vibrance of former Flo + The Machine MV's…

But we suppose not EVERYTHING that floats out of their producer's mind can be golden magic!

Ch-ch-check out the video (above) for yourself and see what U think!

Michael Bay Is In Talks To Produce The Next Halloween Movie

Michael Bay Halloween movie

Michael Bay has already put his magic touch on classic horror titles such as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Amityville Horror, Friday the 13th, and A Nightmare On Elm Street, but is Halloween next?

Most recently, Rob Zombie directed two installments of the long-running horror franchise, but now reports suggest that Bay's Platinum Dunes production company may take over where the rocker and Dimension Films left off.

Dimension was planning a Halloween 3D for a fall 2012 release, but that has since fallen through, so Bay's team is in talks to take over.

Watch The Trailer For Todd Phillips' Next Comedy Project X

We use the term comedy loosely because the trailer for Project X didn't make us laugh. Or give us any strong desire to pay $16 bucks to see it (yes, that's how much a movie ticket can cost in Hollywood).

In fact, we're actually just kind of assuming it's a comedy because it's a Todd Phillips produced movie (who directed The Hangover) with a bunch of teenagers doing what movies say teenagers do best — partying. Hard.

Nobody really knows much about it because it's been kept under wraps, but it looks like they have begun viral marketing and we're sure we'll be hearing more about this "found footage" Superbad super soon.

Check out the trailer for the hard R teen comedy above and let us know what U think!

If Paranormal Activity Met Lost

If they do this right, it has the potential to not completely suck!

ABC has reportedly teamed with Dreamworks to develop a television series in the style of Paranormal Activity and The Blair Witch Project called The River!

Produced by Steven Schneider, Jason Blum, and Michael R. Perry, the series will be based on "found footage" of four people who go missing on the Amazon and capture bizarre shiz on their video camera!

Sounds like it could turn into a poor man's version of Lost very quickly, but maybe we'll give it a shot!

But they better not even THINK about throwing that sneaky Smoke Monster in there! We'll flip a shiz!

What do U think? Would U watch The River??
