It's Q&A with Fran Drescher!!
Perezious momma Sonya has a question for the Fitperez's celeb contributer formally known as The Nanny!
She asks Fran:
"Hi Fran. I’m a new mom absolutely in love with my little one. How can I make sure that the products I’m using on my baby and in my home are safe for her?"
"Congratulations on your little bundle of joy!
Now more than ever, you have the power to make sure your baby’s environment is the least toxic possible. My organization, Cancer Schmancer, just launched a new program called Trash Cancer with the goal of educating people on carcinogens in consumer products and how to live healthier lives. Visit this website and use the Good Guide toolbar to search scientific and company ratings on the products you’re using at home and on your little girl.
Cheers and be well, Fran!"

The Nanny has turned into The Writer!
Fran Drescher has penned a children's book, called Being Wendy, which encourages kids to embrace their talents and interests.
This isn't something unfamiliar for Fran. Using her own experiences growing up, Fran says:
"I felt I had a message to share… Be who you are… The story was inspired by my own childhood. I was a young person with extremely diverse interests which was very atypical of the world I grew up in…
This is a story about a girl named Wendy who doesn't want to be just one thing, kind of like me… Kids should be encouraged to follow their passions, try new things and explore."
What a sweet and wonderful message to kids! We obviously agree that kids who are different should shine (much like The Boy With Pink Hair)!!
Bravo, Fran! We look forward to reading your book.
