first photo released from walking dead season 2

This zombie could use a little makeup. We're thinking some foundation…and a shotgun to the head should do the trick. Ha!

Check out the first photo (above) from season 2 of Frank Darabont's The Walking Dead!

Here's what Darabont had to say about being on-set once again for the show's second season:

"At this moment, I'm standing on a stretch of post-apocalypse interstate in Georgia, littered with abandoned cars and blessing my good luck to be reunited with our amazing cast, and our fantastic directors and crew. Across the board, there are none better. It's great to be shooting again. I think we've embarked on a great season."

We're excited, but we'll be even more excited if when Lindsay Lohan joins the show AS A ZOMBIE!

As we said before, Zombie LiLo would will be AMAZEBALLS!!!!

Are U excited for season 2 of The Walking Dead?

Be All Types Of Afraid! Stephen King In Talks To Write An Episode Of The Walking Dead!

stephen king may write an episode of the walking dead

How wild would it be if Stephen King wrote an episode that Charlie Sheen directed???

Horror fans should be VERY excited to learn that Stephen King is currently in talks to write an episode of The Walking Dead.

According to King himself, The Walking Dead executive producer Frank Darabont "has expressed enthusiastic interest for season 2 or possibly 3.”

If the deal goes through, it looks like King would write the episode with his aspiring horror-writer son Joe Hill.

How sweet! We'd love to see this happen.

Let's just hope that other writers get a chance to work on this season as well. It's a VERY legit concern after last season…

Would U like to see Stephen King write an episode of The Walking Dead? Will it influence your decision to watch the show?

Frank Darabont FIRES ENTIRE Writing Staff Of The Walking Dead!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooTV News

the-walking-dead-creator-frank-darabont-fires-entire-writing-staff

We don't know about this…it sounds like a pretty terrible idea!

Sources close the production of the new smash series The Walking Dead have revealed that executive producer Frank Darabont has fired the show's ENTIRE writing staff, and plans to keep it that way for the 13-episode second season - by relying on freelancers!

WTF?!

Out of the six first season episodes, two were written solely by Darabont, while he co-wrote the other other four - which were written by original writer of the comics Robert Kirkman, Glen Mazzara, and two non-staff writers.

Well yeah, but next season is going to be double that! Doesn't he think that he should have people on-staff to help get everything off of the ground?!

And even if not, the series has been such a huge hit! Why mess with that when it's still so new??

We just have a bad feeling that this is going to really blow up in his face. Writing a film alone is one thing, but some of the best material on TV has come from a real collaborative effort!

Let's hope that Darabont knows what he's doing!

Thoughts??
