America’s Next Top Model winner, Lisa D'Amato, was involved in a freak accident that left her with a broken nose and lacerated forehead, lips and chin.

Ouch!

The model had been filming Cowboys and Indians and was goofing around in a Colorado hotel, when she took a terrible tumble.

Oh this is just so tragic!

19-year-old college students Rose Mayr and Elizabeth Nass were killed Tuesday, when a train carrying mass amounts of coal derailed around midnight (train pictured above).

The two teens were sitting on the edge of a railway bridge above Ellicot City, Maryland, with their backs to the tracks, and were apparently tweeting moments before the freak accident occurred.

One tweeted picture shows a girl's feet dangling above the road below, with the caption "Levitating," and another tweet states:
