What are they trying to say?
Lancôme's sent both Kate Middleton and her sister Pippa their new and highly anticipated anti-aging serum Visionnaire before it hit shelves last week.
Thousands of people were on the waiting list to buy the so-called miracle cream that claims to improve imperfections and tightens skin, making Botox unnecessary.
The beauty company says Kate and Pippa's free bottle was nothing more than a "goodwill gesture" for being loyal customers of the brand.
Suuuuuure.

Their free-gift terminology may not make sense, but this is still pretty exciting for Linkin Park fans.
The rock group will be giving away free "official bootlegs" of their upcoming shows to anybody who attends their concerts.
All you'll have to do to get your free gift is send a text message with a "short code displayed at each venue." Links to the concert sort of bootlegs will be sent via e-mail after the shows.
Here's what Linkin Park bassist Dave Farrell had to say about it:
"The energy we get from our fans is what makes a great show. We wanted to show our appreciation by giving that experience back to them."
Bravo, Linkin Park!
Always nice when a band takes extra steps to please their fans. We approve!
