While on tour, Lady GaGa stopped by Art Smith’s famous “Table 52” restaurant in Chicago for some fried chicken and waffles. There are few things more fattening than fried chicken and waffles, so how does Gaga stay slim while eating food like that?!
Our guess is something along the lines of the “French Diet,” which essentially says you can eat whatever you want as long as you eat a very small portion of it.
It’s a good guideline to have in mind when eating at places that don’t serve the healthiest of dishes (like fried chicken), and obviously works for GaGa.

Another day, another miracle diet.
Reports are now saying that the Dukan Diet will give you results that will last!
The so called "French secret" consists of four very different eating programs. The diet kick starts weight loss by having you eat nothing but protein for 7 to 10 days.
Sounds like every other diet to us!
After the "attack phase" you can move on to eating vegetables with your protein.
Then once you're happy with your results you can slowly bring back other foods that have been banned from the diet and even have two celebration meals.
They say after you've hit your target goal you can go back to eating whatever the hell you want, BUT you must eat only protein on Thursdays for the rest of your life if you want to maintain your slim figure.
Jennifer Lopez is said to be a Dukan supporter, but we have a feeling there's some other factors that help her get her bangin' bod.
