THIS is certainly disappointing!

And because of it, Nicole is REFUSING to appear in an upcoming CBS Oscar special, set to air right before the Academy Awards on February 24th, and speak about her friendship with Naomi in promotion of her Best Actress nomination!

However, sources close to the former wife of Tom Cruise maintain that there are no sour grapes:

Oh the dramz!

Lily Allen feels like she needs to invite 300 plus people to her wedding, but Kate Moss isn't one of them.

A friend of the former besties says they're more like "frenemies" now that Lily's put her hard pAArtying ways behind her.

Kate, however, isn't completely in the dark about Lily's wedding. The future Mrs. Cooper went out of her way to inform the future Mrs. Hince when she'd be walking down the aisle as a "warning" of sorts.

Lucky for Lily the feeling's mutual.

The friend adds:

"Kate hasn’t received a proper invitation to the wedding and she won’t be sending Lily one to hers in July, either. It’s awkward as they have mutual friends who may feel divided."

Gwyneth Paltrow has been quite the busy bee lately!

Rumors are swirling that the actress is trying to mend fences between A-Rod's ex Kate Hudson and his new squeeze Cameron Diaz.

First, Gwynnie was seen dining with Cameron at The Lion in NYC and then a few days later, she was spotted hanging out with Kate at Quattro at the Trump SoHo.

Sources say that earlier the three actresses had attended Stella McCartney's 2011 spring showing and "they were having a great time and appeared to be in deep conversation."

Does this have anything to do with Gwyneth's recent falling out with Madonna, another one of A-Rod's conquests??

Whatever it is, keep on making peace, girl!
