Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Foster Parents Reportedly Kicked 5 Adopted Kids Out AFTER The House Was Finished!
Home is where the heart was…
Believe it or not, it's been nearly four years since Extreme Makeover: Home Edition's last renovation — but that doesn't mean the reality show has completely moved on to the pop culture graveyard.
In fact, the Ty Pennington-hosted home improvement program has been making headlines all week… for just about the most destructive reason ever!
That's because we're hearing the Friday Family from the penultimate episode of the ABC series actually kicked out five of their seven adopted children AFTER the makeover was complete!
According to local reports out of North Carolina, Devonda and James Friday of Charlotte had just adopted five young brothers and sisters at the time of taping to keep the siblings from being separated into the foster system back in 2012.
However, we're now hearing that all of the children — including eldest kids Chris and Kamaya, whom have since dropped the Friday surname — were sent to different group homes within a year of their episode's airing!
Luckily, the brother/sister pair has now come forward to share their heartbreaking story, with Chris telling WSOC-TV:
