As to be expected, it's not just Dina and Michael Lohan who are FURIOUS that Christian LaBella, a congressional staffer accused of assaulting their daughter Lindsay in her hotel room over the weekend, is NOT being charged with assault!

The troubled starlet HERSELF is reported to be LIVID over what she considers to be a severe injustice!

Before the charges, which included two counts of misdemeanor assault and two counts of harassment, were dropped, Lindsay was already demanding that he be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and now, as she recovers at her family home in Long Island, her mood has only soured!

Oopsie daisy!

As part of his recently-announced two-picture deal with Paramount, Michael Bay has been officially confirmed as director for the much-speculated upon Transformers 4, with a release date of June 29th, 2014!

However, apparently, this news, was only made public after one of the producers of the franchise, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, spilled the beans in an interview (above), and the director "went crazy" once he found out!

LOLz! Okay, so maybe that wouldn't necessarily work either. Our point is that you don't have to get so worked up about it!

Lily Allen and her soon-to-be-husband Sam Cooper will be tying the knot on June 11 in England.

Someone who received an invite from them is no longer welcome, though, as they leaked the date to the press. And Lily is just furious about it:

"Oh and whoever leaked my wedding invite to the press, you're a dick and your not invited anymore, have some respect and stay at home."

You're right, it wasn't cool of them, but try not to let it ruin your day!

We wonder if she found out who it was specifically. Maybe she should collect invites at the door of her wedding and then the person WITHOUT one will be the culprit!

Seems like a stretch though so just enjoy the wedding, Lily! Ha!

Uh-oh! We hope this isn't true!

The National Enquirer is reporting that Oprah Winfrey is "rip-roaring furious" at Aretha Franklin, because the iconic singer chose to give an exclusive interview to Wendy Williams instead of her!

The insider reveals that the Big O is "about as angry as can be…this is the final season of her show and she's been pushing to land all the big 'gets' out there. Oprah is embarrassed that Aretha chose Wendy."

Ouch!

Not many people would want to step on her toes, but we guess when you're as big a diva as Aretha, it really doesn't matter, now does it?

LOLz!

We'll take this info with a grain of salt, but if it's true, then this Wendy interview ought to be GOOD!

There's at least one person in the fashion industry who won't be supporting John Galliano, and that's Karl Lagerfeld.

The designer said in a statement:

"I’m furious, if you want to know. I’m furious that it could happen, because the question is no longer even whether he really said it. The image has gone around the world. It’s a horrible image for fashion, because they think that every designer and everything in fashion is like this. This is what makes me crazy in that story. The thing is, we are a business world where, especially today, with the Internet, one has to be more careful than ever, especially if you are a publicly known person. You cannot go in the street and be drunk — there are things you cannot do… I’m furious with him because of the harm he did to LVMH and [chairman and ceo] Bernard Arnault, who is a friend, and who supported him more than he supported any other designer in his group, because Dior is his favorite label. It’s as if he had his child hurt."

You know Unkle Karl does have a good point.

With all the technology that's out there, celebs should be more cautious with what they do and say because as soon as it leaves their lips it can be on the internet.

Looks like we're hearing quite a bit from Corey Feldman lately.

Yesterday, we heard the positive news that Feldman has got some more work on the horizon, and now we're hearing some less-than-positive reports that he's pissed because Corey Haim was snubbed from the Oscars' In Memoriam segment.

Here's what Feldman had to say about it:

"Corey's films have earned the industry over a half a billion dollars and his work remains an inspiration to young artists world wide…Corey dedicated his life to the film industry. The same industry that failed to dedicate even 30 seconds to his memory."

Here's a statement that the Academy sent out in response:

"Whatever the length of the sequence, there will always be fans and family members of those not included who will be disappointed by their omission. The Academy extends its understanding and its apologies to those who missed seeing a favorite face in this year’s feature."

We understand that they won't be able to fit everyone into each year's In Memoriam, but they could have given Corey a place on there. He was a well known talent who died way before his time, and it would have been nice for him to be included.
