Holy shiz!

Above is a pic of what the new Apple Headquarters in Cupertino, Calif. will look like! Totally crazy! The building looks like a spaceship!

Steve Jobs spoke in front of the Cupertino council, asking for a vote to approve the new futuristic new building, which will be four stories high and have an auditorium that will hold about 12,000 people.

When a councilmember asked Jobs how Cupertino residents will benefit from Apple's new campus, Jobs replied:

"Well, as you know we're the largest tax payer in Cupertino and we'd like to continue to stay here and pay taxes. If we can't then we have to go somewhere else like Mountain View and we'll take our current people with us and the city's largest tax base would go a way."

Oh, damn!

He does have a point! Apple employs thousands of people who Jobs says "ends up being affluent members of the community." This would be an extremely awesome opportunity for the city.

And we'd LOVE to visit that campus one day!

Construction on the building plans to finish by 2015.

Way to maneuver yourself into the mainstream, Mr. Cronenberg! You've come a long way since your super bizarre film Naked Lunch.

According to recent reports, Keira Knightley MAY replace Marion Cotillard to star opposite Robert Pattinson in David Cronenberg's Cosmopolis.

As we mentioned before, the film is based on a Don DeLillo novel, and the story is about "financial wunderkind" Eric Packer who "risks his entire fortune to bet against the yen on a tumultuous day." His actions also put his life at risk, in this film which takes place in a "slightly futuristic metropolis."

Knightley would star as Eric Packer/R-Patz's love interest in the film.

According to IMDB, Knightley is also starring in director Cronenberg's upcoming Sigmund Freud/Carl Jung film A Dangerous Method, so we're thinking there's a good chance she'll make her way into this film as well.

Knowing Cronenberg's previous films, we're wondering if any of the following will happen to R-Patz in Cosmopolis:

- Will he have a naked fight scene, like Viggo Mortensen in Eastern Promises?

- Will he turn into a fly, like Jeff Goldlbum in The Fly?

- Will his head explode, like in Scanners?

Given some of the director's recent work, we're thinking this one MIGHT be a bit more low key, but we're def intrigued!
