Poor girl! Freak accidents like this just shouldn't happen.
A rep for the Indiana Occupation Safety and Health Administration has announced to sources that after a thorough investigation into the accident that left poor Transformers extra Gabriella Cedillo paralyzed, they have determined that the producers "operated by the book" and that the fatal stunt was a "unfortunate and unforeseeable accident."
Authorities have concluded that the tow cable snapped and slice open the young woman's skull " "due to the failure of a weld connecting a car to a cable. The weld was made by a certified welder and all necessary safety precautions were in place."
A lot of good that information does to the poor girl whose left side of her body will never move again.
We can't imagine the kind of pain she must be going through.

We betcha she wins big time too!
Last month, poor 24-year-old Gabriela Cedillo, the extra on the Transformers 3, sustained "serious injuries and brain damage" while on set. Poor thing had to have brain surgery!
Now, she has just filed a lawsuit agains the studio, alleging negligence on their part. No word yet on what or rather how much she is after, but Paramount did release a statement in regards to the lawsuit, stating:
"We are all terribly sorry that this accident occurred. Our thoughts, prayers and best wishes are with Gabriela, her family and loved ones. The production will continue to provide all the help we can to Gabriela and her family during this difficult time."
The help she is looking for has a dollar sign in front and a lot of zeros behind. Hope your are all willing to pay up.
