Prison isn't really the ideal place to make money, and Floyd Mayweather Jr. likes to make money.
He was in the top 50 of the highest-paid athletes of 2012, chosen by Forbes (he has earned more than $200 mil) — and he wanted it to stay that way, so he placed a crazy bet on the Dallas Cowboys season opener.
More specifically, he put $200,000 on them to win in the second half… and that's exactly what happened.
He tweeted this, and the picture (above):

The worse thing for any parent is to find out their child's babysitter is totally and irrevocably irresponsible.
But that's almost EXACTLY what happened to one mother who went out gambling only to return and find that police had swarmed over her hotel room and arrested the woman she hired to babysit her five-year-old son.
After hotel employees noticed that a child had been left inside his room for over an hour - they called the police who talked to the boy and found out there was a babysitter who was supposed to be watching over him and so they went to look for her.
They didn't travel far before they found the 47-year-old woman, whose name is Stacey Kerres, in the middle of the hotel parking lot, and totally topless.
The cops described the woman as "lethargic" and "incoherent" and when they asked her if she had any idea where the boy was that she was supposed to be watching, the woman replied:
“I don’t even know where [the boy] is right now.”
We're no experts, but we're almost sure that if you're a babysitter and you have no idea where your kid is - you probably shouldn't be babysitting children.
Scratch that - you DEFINITELY shouldn't be babysitting children.

We knew something sounded a little off with this!
Thursday, we heard word of Macy Gray cancelling her Connecticut concert at the Foxwoods MGM Theater due to an unforeseen illness.
Then, a very good source EXCLUSIVE to PerezHilton.com saw Miz Gray gambling the same night! Now, a poker table and a bed aren't the same thing, so obviously things were a bit confusing!
But according to Macy, it was all a huge misunderstanding. The soulful songbird tells PerezHilton.com:

The One Direction boys may already be legal overseas but they aren't quite of age in the States!
It seems that during last week’s show at the Planet Hollywood Theater in Vegas, 1D got BANNED from the casinos!
Harry, Liam and Niall are all 18, Zayn is 19 and Louis is 20 — making it illegal for all of them to gamble and drink in the U.S.!
A source revealed:

That's a relief.
When Bobbi Kristina Brown was caught illegally gambling in a Las Vegas casino, there was a possibility that she could be charged and possibly receive jail time!
The 19-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston was filmed with her so-called boyfriend Nick Gordon hitting up the slot machines at the MGM Resort & Casino.
However, all investigations regarding the matter have been officially closed.
Supposedly, there was not enough evidence to support criminal charges.
We hope she'll be able to stay out of trouble now that she's dodged a possible bullet stemming from her Vegas actions.

In New York, tens of thousands of ultra-Orthodox Jewish men gathered at the New York Mets' stadium.
They were rallying about the dangers of the Internet and how to use technology in a religiously responsible way.
