Rapper Bobby Shmurda Will Serve Seven Years Behind Bars After Pleading Guilty In Murder Conspiracy Case
Bobby Shmurda just copped a plea deal in that murder conspiracy case from 2014.
As you may recall, the 22-year-old has been behind bars for the past 20 months after over 15 defendants were charged for gang-related activity including murder, attempted murder, and drug dealing. Scary stuff.
At the time, the Hot Boy rapper was charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment, and gun possession.
According to TMZ, the "Schmoney Dance" creator pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess weapons and possession of a weapon in court on Friday.
In return, the other charges were dropped and Bobby will serve seven years in prison and five years probation. Interestingly enough, the nearly two years he's spent in jail already WILL count toward the grand total.
We hate to see such a young kid getting wrapped up with gang violence, but hopefully he will turn things around once he's out!
