Gary Dourdan can add the threat of a foreclosure to his growing list of legal problems as new legal documentation reveals that he has defaulted on his mortgage to his Venice home.

He bought the place back in 2004 for $922,000, but back in July of this year, he defaulted after missing a payment. The documents about his foreclosure state that he owes $61,558.90 as of September 28, 2011 - and he owes it now.

So, you've been busted for drugs, domestic violence and now, deceit.

Something must be in the water over at the LA County courthouse, because all the judges in celebrity trials are being terribly reasonable and fair!

Case in point: Former CSI star Gary Dourdan was torn to bits by the judge overseeing his domestic violence case. Shortly after Gary was arrested for attacking his former GF, a restraining order was put into effect, forbidding Gary to have any contact with her. A reason price to pay, considering that he allegedly broke the poor girl, Nicole Vail Cannizzaro's, nose.

It doesn't take a CSI expert to know things are not good between Gary Dourdan and his ex.

For starters, he allegedly broke her nose. Now she (rightfully) wants a restraining order!

Nicole Vail Cannizzaro is her name, and in the filing she cites breaking up with him all the way back in May because of his affinity for drugs. The breakup and cutting of communication only made the drug use worse, though.

She claims that he actually put recording devices in her home and then broke in (creepy!!). It was a punch to her face that broke her nose. A neighbor called the cops while she hid in the alley, where she was found by the officers who arrived on the scene.

She got an emergency protective order, but now has filed for a restraining order of at least 100 feet.

Crazy. Drugs will make you do the worst things. Or, he could just be a terrible guy, too. Combine them and that's no small issue.

Former CSI star Gary Dourdan was arrested late Sunday night after LAPD received a domestic disturbance call around 9pm.

When the cops showed up to Gary's house, there was no woman in sight, but then an anonymous tip sent them looking in a nearby alley where they found one of Gary's ex-girlfriends with a broken nose.

The ex says Gary was the man to blame, so he was arrested and booked with felony battery.

Gary is currently being held in jail on $50k bond!

Shameful! Absolutely shameful. We always figured working on a crime should would teach you not to hit a woman, but we guessed wrong!

Gary Dourdan is in trouble!

The former CSI actor is in some serious debt with his bank, to the sound of $88,000 cha-chings, and now, the bank is suing him for their money.

HSBC filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court yesterday, after allegedly trying several times to get the money from the douche themselves.
