Matt Chidgey, the area manager of Australia's GASP boutique, went on TV to DEFEND the email that was sent to Keara O'Neil.

First he claims it was a member of his staff that responded and not him and then goes on to say Keara and her friends were the rude ones.

WTF!?

And as if he couldn't be anymore douchier and hypocritical, Matt says don't come in the store to bully other customers

Umm, from what the customer said it was a member of YOUR staff doing the bullying, sir.

Rudeness!

An Australian boutique's email response to a customer complaint is spreading like wildfire across the internet.

Keara O'Neil sent an email to Gasp Boutique's customer service email about a persistent sales associate who insulted her weight and called her a joke.

Not long after sending the complaint, Keara received an email from Gasp's area manager Matthew Chidgey and it was downright nasty and immature.

Since Chidgey's response has gone viral, he confirmed the email was real and the company had to shut down their Facebook due to all the outraged comments.
