Our spine is tingling and our arms are filled with goosebumps because of this POWERFUL message!
Todd Glass, a comedian who took a big leap out of the closet last January, partnered with GLSEN to produce this PSA (above) which addresses gay suicides.
After a teen asserts that a father shot his own son, the man loses his temper and corrects the boy by saying:

We couldn't be more proud of him.
Zachary Quinto only just announced yesterday that he is, in fact, a gay man, and took to his blog not only discuss how Jamey Rodemeyer, the young teen who killed himself only months after filming a video for the It Gets Better project, influenced his decision to go public, but also continue the worldwide fight to end bigotry and homophobia!

This issue still clearly needs our attention, as a country, more than ever!
18-year-old Minnesota teenager Lance Lundsten commit suicide over the weekend, having said to be openly gay and the victim of relentless bullying by his peers at Jefferson High School.
Authorities responded to an emergency call at Lundsten's house last night, where the teen was discovered. He was transported to a local hospital, and pronounced dead later on that evening.
Unbelievably heartbreaking - especially from someone so close to graduating high school. Our thoughts our with Lance's family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
No more senseless deaths! It's so important that we try and be more positive in all aspects of our life - ESPECIALLY in how we relate to others!
Love is louder!!

Truly heartbreaking. Such a brave family.
Ever since 13-year-old Seth Walsh tragically took his life in September after being the victim of relentless bullying in school over his sexuality, his mother Wendy has become an outspoken advocate for gay youth, in hopes to prevent a similar kind of fate from happening to anyone else.
Check out this truly touching clip of she, as well as Seth's brother Shawn, speaking out about their horrible loss on The Nate Berkus Show (above).
Such beautiful and poignant words from that young man. Our hearts truly go out to both of them.
Keep speaking up, you guys! We know it's difficult, but your voices need to be heard!
