After letting the world watch her get a pap smear on TV, Kathy Griffin is invading women's crotchal region by revamping their panties.

The "makeunder" is part of Kotex' Project Makeunder, where women send in their videos of how miserable their panty collection has become.

Ten finalists will be chosen next month and given flip cams to explain why they so desperately need Kathy Griffin and stylist George Kotsiopoulos to give them a makeunder.

The 3 with the best sob story will receive a full hair and makeup makeover and a full set of new panties. Their transformations will be documented in webisodes, co-written by Kathy.

Inneresting. But with the D-Lister involved we're sure it'll be HIGH-larious!
