Lang Her is so upset that people are calling him a rapist on the internet, he filed a lawsuit against the person he believes to be slandering his name.
But seeing as the person who made the claims was the victim Her plead guilty of assaulting, the judge wasn't exactly sympathetic to the sex offender's case.
According to reports, the California judge took less than 30 minutes to throw out the $4 million defamation lawsuit from the former University of California, Davis student, who stood trial twice for the sexual assault of fellow student Yee Xiong (pictured above) at a party in 2012.
After the first two trials resulted in a deadlocked jury, the 26-year-old pleaded no contest to assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury. He was ordered to register as a sex offender, and will receive counseling and a five year probationary period.
But Her tried to turn the tables by suing Xiong and three of her siblings for calling him a rapist in Facebook comments, claiming the posts caused him "mental and emotional distress."
