So sad!
Jason Lindahl, a Broadway video technician, who worked on both Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark and Ghost the Musical, was found dead in the Hudson River on Thursday.
He’d disappeared from his Astoria apartment on Sunday, just days after sending e-mails that were of a “suicidal nature” to his friends. At his home, police also found a handwritten suicide note.
According to his Twitter account, which hadn't been updated in months, he was "the dude sitting in the theater behind the wall of computer monitors."
Our hearts go out to Lindahl’s family as they deal with this.

We never anticipated we'd hear The Righteous Brothers at the Tony Awards, but then again, we never anticipated there would a Broadway musical based on the movie Ghost!
And that it would work so beautifully!
But hey! That's the magic of the theater!
Ch-ch-check out their performance of Unchained Melody at the 2012 Tony Awards!

April 23rd, 2012, to be exact!
That's when Ghost the Musical will be opening in Lunt-Fontanne Theater, which is now showing The Addams Family.
Here's a little about it (and it sounds stacked with talent):

It isn't fairing so well on the West End, but maybe there's a place for it on The Great White Way.
It's been decided that GHOST: The Musical will be coming to Broadway this spring. Curtains will rise on the musical in April of next year, at one of the Nederlander Theaters, though one has not been chosen yet. The production currently stars Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy as the romantic leads who hold onto their love even in death, however, it is uncertain whether they will follow the show to New York.
It sounds kind of hokey to us, but some people might like.
Think U might? To refresh your memory, CLICK HERE to see the trailer for the West End version.

Patrick Swayze would be so proud! (Or would he? U decide!)
The new trend on Broadway is converting hit 90s flicks into epic stage musicals with sweeping melodies and glittery costumes. The West End in London is set to debut the latest adaptation, GHOST: The Musical, on June 24th, but we've got a sneak peek at the production for you here.
It's … inneresting. A bit … flashy, maybe?
Check out the trailer (above) for yourself and see what we mean.
What do U think?
P.S. - Sam is played by Richard Fleeshman. HELL-O Richard Fleeshman!!!
