21-Year-Old Arrested For Killing His Roommate Just One Day After He Jokingly Threatened To 'Viciously Murder' Roommates On Social Media
This is just horrible.
On Sunday, Zachary Penton was arrested for the second-degree murder of his roommate, Daniel Garofalo, who had been shot and killed during a fight.
The craziest part about this horrible story is that only the day before, the 21-year-old had taken to Twitter to jokingly threaten to "viciously murder" the people he lived with.
The Arizona man apparently posted:
I need to move out of my place before I viciously murder my roommates

In the moment, that surely seemed like a joke, since pretty much everyone gets irritated with their roommates at one point or another.
But in light of the 41-year-old's death, it's pretty chilling.
