Oh la la!

Gillian Anderson looked AMAZING at the London Film Festival awards on Wednesday night.

The X-Files actress worked the red carpet in a vintage Ceil Chapman Haute Couture gown that fit her beautifully.

Dangling diamond earrings and a loose bouffant completed Gillian's glamorous look.

Gillian must REALLY need another job want to see this movie get made!

Back in January, we heard that Gillian "Scully" Anderson, David "Mulder" Duchovny, and series creator Chris Carter were all "game" to make another X Files flick.

Now, nearly eight months later, Gillian has opened up once again about the possibility of X Files 3. Here's what she had to say about it:

Well, this is certainly odd!

American-born actress Gillian Anderson was recently nominated for a BAFTA Television Award for her role as Wallis Simpson in Any Human Heart, and strangely enough, spoke with an English accent for the majority of the ceremony!

Apparently, she's lived in London for the past few years, as well as a significant portion of her childhood, so we're not really sure whether or not she's deliberately putting it on! Maybe it was a joke?

Personally, we can't take her seriously unless she's got her Scully voice on! LOLz!

Gillian Anderson is looking fabulous!

The 42-year-old X Files actress did an interview and photoshoot with Radio Times and we’re loving the results!

Gillian looks classy and seductive in her evening gown and corset top combos.

As for the interview, check out some of the highlights below:

"I want my career to be more interesting. I'm slightly stuck in a cardboard box, and fight hard to get out.

All the interesting stuff I'm offered comes from Britain. They don't know what to do with me in the States because they don't realise I'm a character actress. They wouldn't for a second imagine I could play Wallis Simpson [as she did in Channel 4's Any Human Heart last year] or Mrs Castaway [the Victorian Madam in Crimson Petal].

I've thought of doing another TV series, something with dark humour…"

We're sure there are still enough fans out there who would relish in a reunion, so hopefully FOX will get behind this.

David Duchovny, best known to the world as Agent Fox Mulder, has revealed to sources that he would be very interested in making another X-Files movie. Futhermore, he reveals that his partner in crime, Gillian Anderson, and the man behind the series, Chris Carter, are both "game" to reprise the franchise as well. All that's standing in their way is the studio and the story. He explains:

"I’m always game. It always rides on Fox. [Chris Carter] is game. I know [Gillian Anderson] is game. We all, at this point, love the show. We all, at this point, would love to work with one another again. We’re all good friends and miss one another, and miss working together.

We worked together so hard for so long, so closely. We had some ups and downs personally, sure. But in the end, they are really like family to me. We’re all like this little X-Files family and I, for one, would love to continue. And I think there’s a lot left in the show. You know? And I think we can continue to make good movies.

It’s just a matter of spending enough on a movie that can compete in the summertime. We made a movie and released it in the summer, but it wasn’t really a blockbuster movie. And it got kind of overshadowed by the bigger ones. So, we’re saying, make us big. We’ll fight with the big boys.”

Money we're sure FOX has got. Honestly, if you guys could pitch an awesome story, we can't see why they wouldn't shell out for a third flick. The studios LOVE to roll with franchises and your's was a pretty big deal back in the day.

Former X Files costars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson came together at the after party for the opening night of David's play The Break of Noon in NYC on Monday.

Glad to see them back together again - even if it isn't solving cases of the supernatural!
