The First Lady of France, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, was spotted leaving the Clinique de la Muette, a maternity clinic, with her newborn baby girl Giulia Bruni-Sarkozy.

The new mother gripped her baby tight as she was whisked way into a car with two bodyguards. French President Nicolas Sarkozy was not seen with them.
