How's that New Year's resolution going?
We're crossing our fingers you're still working on it, but just in case you haven't even started it or decided upon a goal you'd like to work on in 2012, Lisa DeFazio has some advice for you!
First of all, don't waste your time making a resolution you can't keep. Second of all, review what goals you have accomplished in the last year and what you'd like to accomplish in the next.
The important thing is to put some thorough thought into picking a resolution that you'll actually want to continue pursuing a month or two from now.
If you're serious about making a positive change in your life this year, check out the video above to learn how to do it — for real this time!
No surprise here! Cristiano Ronaldo was given another award for being such a
beautiful man wonderful athlete!
The Real Madrid soccer superstar was awarded an AS Sports Award on Monday night to honor the 40 goals he's scored this season.
He's no stranger to such an accomplishment since this is the SECOND time he's been awarded, as he told sources:
“It’s a great honor to receive this award for the second time. It makes me very happy and I want to thank the fans and my teammates."
He's not letting the recognition go to his head either. Instead, he's focused on the rest of the season with his team, saying:
"There is still much to finish the season. I think I’m in a good time and want to continue. The team is in a good time and we have to continue this until the end of season.”

But he’s doing his best to give her a great life!
“We are doing everything we can to support her in leading a normal, healthy, active life. I’m trying to be a good role model for her.”
“What I want to do is to show her day in, day out, that diabetes doesn’t have to deter her from her dreams. And if she ever feels like she can’t do something because of her diabetes, that’s when I’ll feel like I’ve let her down.”
Keep it up, Michael — with your continual support she can do anything!
