To us, this was a much better choice!
GoDaddy is constantly pushing the envelope in their commercials, and that's what they initially tried to do for this year's Super Bowl commercial.

The web hosting company pulled down their first ad, (below) which was about the cutest puppy in the world getting shipped off after finding his way home.
Obviously that was really, really sad, so they chose this more uplifting spot. An independent business owner is unable to watch the big game because he's hard at work, making his dreams come true.

This Super Bowl won't be having this commercial!
GoDaddy has pulled an ad from the big game after a number of critics complained about the fact that the commercial seems to be OK with people who have puppy mills and support other "inhumane breeding" practices.

He truly is the "Scummiest CEO Of The Year" as awarded by PETA.
Not only did he get that recognition, and the recognition and disappointment of countless others around the world, but the Humane Society is now stepping up to the plate and giving Bob Parsons a piece of its mind.
To the tune of 650 domain names being pulled from GoDaddy.com!
Swift and awesome move, Wayne Pacelle and everyone else over at the Humane Society! We applaud you!
Here's what Pacelle has to say:
HSUS has about 650 domain names with Godaddy.com. I’ve instructed our staff to find another host for them. We don’t like doing business with a company with a leader like Parsons. I hope you’ll think about following suit. No one needs to kill elephants either to show his manhood or to do humanitarian work.
We agree! Time to take a stance against this kind of atrocious act!
