Last month, we heard reports that Jennifer Aniston and hubby BF Justin Theroux were house hunting together, even though she had reportedly purchased a large one-bedroom penthouse apartment in NYC's West Village back in May.

We're not exactly sure what Jen's next move will be, but she must have it all figured out because we're hearing that she hosted a going away party at her recently sold Beverly Hills home.
