Introducing Tube Free Toilet Paper!

tube free toilet paper

Kimberly-Clark is revolutionizing the T.P. industry!

The paper goods makers are introducing Scott Naturals Tube-Free toilet paper, which will be sold at Walmart and Sam's Club stores in the Northeast on Monday. And if sales take off, the brand will be sold nationally and globally.

It's even rumored that they will adapt the technology to paper towels!

The product may not have the perfectly round holes that tubes provide, but they do fit in the designated spindles. And because no glue is used, every piece of toilet paper will be useable!

In the United States, 17 billion toilet paper tubes are made every year and account for 160 million pounds of trash.

"We found a way to bring innovation to a category as mature as bath tissue," said Doug Daniels, brand manager at Kimberly-Clark.

If it helps the environment, we're all in!

demi goes green and tries out mercedes hybrid

Looks like Demi Moore is thinking about going green, and she's doing so in style!

On Twitter, Demi posted a picture of herself in front of a $90,000 Mercedes-Benz S400 hybrid.

Here's what she said along with her pic:

"Trying out the new Mercedes Hybrid - love that they are going green and with style!"

Given the fact that hubby Ashton got her a brand new 2010 Prius for her 47th birthday last year, there's been talk that this fancy hybrid may be a present for Kutcher's 33rd.

We say go for it, bb! The car looks awesome AND you'll be helping the environment!
