UPDATE 3:40 PM EST: Jim's lawyer is claiming this new lawsuit is ALSO a sham!

Marty Singer is now arguing that Cathriona had a rocky relationship with her mom, and Brigid is just trying to make money off her tragic suicide.

The attorney alleges Miz White received a crushing message from her momma only days before killing herself, and actually cut ties with her parent.

Marty also insists that Mr. Carrey's ex even left Brigid's home as a teenager, because she was treated so terribly.

The lawsuits just keep coming for Jim Carrey.

The actor is already facing a wrongful death lawsuit regarding ex Cathriona White's suicide — filed by her estranged husband, Mark Burton — claiming he provided the drugs she used to take her own life, and gave her STDs.

And now, Cathriona's mom, Brigid Sweetman, is on the attack.

The momma of the late Ireland native has filed her own legal complaint against the Bruce Almighty star, arguing the 54-year-old gave her daughter three sexually transmitted diseases AND was emotionally abusive.

According to court docs, Brigid claims the Canada native would call Cathriona a "whore," and threaten to keep her quiet about their issues.

But it's interesting to note that, while Mark's suit says Jim gave his ex two types of herpes and Gonorrhea, Miz Sweetman says she contracted two types of herpes and chlamydia.

She also alleges Mr. Carrey initially denied giving Miz White any STDs, but broke up with her when she wouldn't accept his dismissive response.

Watch Out For Super Gonorrhea!

Uh oh.

Look out all you fornicators, there's a new strain of gonorrhea that's resistant to antibiotics.

The World Health Organization (WHO) is warning doctors around the world that there is a new deadly strain of gonorrhea.

Gonorrhea normally only has one treatment, cephalosporin antibiotics, but this strain isn't affected.

A scientist in the WHO's STD department said:

"This organism has basically been developing resistance against every medication we've thrown at it. In a couple of years it will have become resistant to every treatment option we have available now."

About 106 million people a year get "the clap."

Right now, scientists are scrambling to find a different treatment, but what happens when we're just out of treatment options?

Someone needs to invent nanobots, and quick.

Gonorrhea Has Obtained Pieces Of Human DNA

Gonorrhea Has Obtained Pieces Of Human DNA

Um, whomever it was that gave gonorrhea pieces of human DNA should be ashamed of themselves! Never give diseases your DNA (jk LOL)!

Scientists have discovered that gonorrhea has integrated human DNA into its genes. They're still unsure what the implications of this will be.

Said the study’s senior author, Hank Seifert:

"This has evolutionary significance because it shows you can take broad evolutionary steps when you're able to acquire these pieces of DNA. The bacterium is getting a genetic sequence from the very host it's infecting."

Gonorrhea infects around 700,000 nationwide each year.

We hope this new development doesn’t make the disease more powerful!
