It pays to get spanked!

Disney just handed over a TON of cash to a lady that got slapped on the ass while attending a taping Good Luck Charlie with her children.

Earlier this year Kellie Rodriguez sued Micky Mouse's corp claiming that Good Luck Charlie's warm-up guy Ron Pearson spanked her and kissed (on the lips!) as part of his "family-friendly" audience entertainment between takes.

Sources say Mz. Rodriguez was paid somewhere between $20,000 and $30,000 to keep her red butt out of the courtroom.

As for Ron "Ladies Love" Pearson…. he is still doing warm up for Good Luck Charlie! We kinda love that.

We always knew that mouse had a dirty sense of humor! HA!

Amanda Bynes Gets Wet & Wild With Camera, iPhone, & 10 Freaked Out Strangers In Atlantic City!

Well, that's one way to spend Father's Day!

Earlier we reported Amanda Bynes spent her weekend in Atlantic City and a passerby's spotted her stumbling and reeking of alcohol. Apparently she even lunged at the dude's Dad!

We don't yet know if those allegations are true, but we did find pics of the She's the Man star swimming with new friends!!

In a fresh pic circulating the internets, Mrs. Bynes and her now iconic wig were seen chillaxing in a hot tub on Father's Day with about ten other folks, most of whom wore nothing but a swimsuit and a super-confused facial expression!!!

Maybe they were perplexed as to why Amanda took both her iPhone and camera into the jacuzzi with her!?

We hope she didn't drop those valuable gizmos!!
