Praise be to Kai, the homeless hitchhiking dude whose quick thinking may have saved LIVES!

54-year old Jett Simmons McBride rammed his car into a black PG&E worker in Fresno Monday, pinning the man between his car's hood and the back of a truck…

Why? Because Jett believed himself to be the reincarnation of Jesus Christ and he apparently thought it was his DUTY to cleanse the Earth of non-whites! CRAY CRAY CRAY CRAY.

The OBVIOUSLY unstable individual exited his car and attempted to PULL the injured party from his stuck position, which would have only caused more damage, but nearby citizen Tanya Baker saw what was going on and tried to stop it…

Which only caused Jett to try and SMOTHER her with a bear hug!

But thank goodness hitchhiker Kai was riding shotgun in "Jesus'" car! Kai whipped out a hatchet from his backpack and began beating Jett off of the woman! HUZZAH!

Jett is now in police custody for suspicion of attempted murder and the injured worker is recovering at a local hospital.

Someone should give Kai a good Samaritan medal or something! That's a thing, right?!

James Remar, who played one of Samantha's main lovers on Sex & The City, and who is featured on Showtime drama Dexter as the moralist murderer's mentor/adopted father, apparently came across an injured homeless man recently and felt obliged to help him out!

One eyewitness describes how James encountered the man, who was suffering from a severely bleeding head-wound, outside of a grocery store Friday. James, a former EMT, then went into the store and bought bandages and antibacterial cream and returned to clean and wrap the injury. James even chatted with the man on how to properly care for the wound so it wouldn't become infected!

What a good samaritan! We've ragged on him in the past, but not everyone would stop and do what he did!

Gary Busey reportedly witnessed a two-car accident on the PCH yesterday afternoon, and not only did he stop to call 911, but he also stayed on the scene to slow traffic and be with one of the injured victims - a 21 year old - until the ambulance and authorities arrived!

The victim's mother claimed that the actor was "very sweet and caring" and wants to thank him for his help, but so far Busey hasn't said a word to the press about the incident!

The tell-tale sign that his intentions were 100% honest!

Here in El Lay, the average price of gas is well over $3.00, however that didn't stop the lovely Jennifer Garner from helping a stranger.

The actress saw a stranded motorist on the side of the road who had run out of gas and Jen graciously decided to give her a spare can of fuel.

In these tough economic times, it's nice to know that there are still good samaritans who are willing to help someone out!
