Zach Sobiech inspired millions of people when he recorded a brilliant farewell song after he learned he had only a year left to live.
In tribute of that touching song, a ton of celebrities have lent their voices to a new video meant to honor this brave individual.
Zach's diagnosis was last May. Here's what he had to say about it:

Zach Sobiech wrote a goodbye song to his friends and family after he was diagnosed with cancer.
It was meant to lift their spirits up, up, up.
It turns out that a lot more people were inspired than just his family.

The Sopranos star was apparently attending the 59th Taormina Film Festival in Sicily when this unspeakably sad tragedy occurred.
