Seems like The Situation has one less
situation lawsuit to worry about!
Back in 2011, the Jersey Shore star was sued by his management company, who claimed they made him famous!
Gotham NYC Entertainment smacked Sitch with a $1,000,000 lawsuit, claiming he wrongfully fired them and in turn, Sitch countersued, saying they didn’t do SHIZ for his career!
Now, it looks like The Situation and Gotham have decided to put the past behind them and have dismissed BOTH lawsuits out of court!
Both parties also agreed to pay their own legal fees and move on from the matter!
Gym, tan, lawsuit no more! Ha!

Mo' money, mo' problems, dude!
The Situation is getting sued by Gotham NYC Entertainment who claims that the Jersey Shore star dumped the company without giving them any notice.
Gotham say that The Sitch wrongfully fired them after they insist they took him from "relative obscurity" to stardom. They also say that he was required to give them 30 days before leaving and since he just went his separate ways from them due to a "lack of performance" on Gotham's part, they're suing him for $1 million in damages.
Sitch is fighting back though and says that Gotham "did MORE HARM than good to" him and his career.
His lawyer Richard Wolfe agrees that they will "pay Gotham what they are owed, but no more."
It's true that when you become famous, everyone wants a piece of pie. But, in this case, who knows who's telling the truth??
