The Oscar winner for Best Original Song celebrated at the Governors Ball in a predictable sparkly black dress, this one with a lace yoke, but who cares the woman is FLAWLESS!!!

And she knows what works for her and sticks with it! We can't really fault her that!

Plus, she had the best accessory of the night–a shiny gold Oscar!

This gurl is not letting this go!

On top of maintaining that she was battered and bruised by a security guard who caught her trying to sneak into the Governor's Ball after the Oscars (without a ticket), Sean Young is demanding an apology from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences!

She's been writing about incident to her adoring fans on Facebook and most recently wrote:

Hi Everyone! Working on not absorbing any toxic spew from this unfair and stupid media silliness. I have really appreciated everyone's reaching out to me in support. Honestly, made my day so much better. Waiting on word from The Academy on a public apology. I think they have figured out it was in fact there security guards fault and may indeed feel they should issue an apology to me. I will keep you posted.

Yes, please keep us posted! We are dying to hear the Academy's response to this. Although, we seriously doubt it will be an apology considering she is the one accused of battering a security guard.

The 1,500 specially invited guests at the Governor's Ball all got a tasty treat when they arrived to glasses of Moët.

Stars like The Artist director Michael Hazanavicius and wifey Berenice Bejo were introduced to The Moët Red Carpet cocktail, an online cocktail contest winner.

Now that's quite an introduction for a new product!

Stars that some fun with their newly won Oscar gold included Octavia Spencer and Jean Dujardin. Emma Stone and Kristen Wiig had some girl talk while Busy Philipps and Michelle Williams hooked up for a quick photo op.

Is there anyone left in young hollywood that isn't all friendly with the Kardashian clan? We feel like they are just friends with EVERYONE, especially you, Miz Kim.

If you missed it, Kim was at the Emmys last night and even managed to belt a tune to help out host Jimmy Fallon. At the after party, she caught up with someone else who lended her voice to the night, Princess Lea Michele.

When Kim posted this picture, she captioned it with:

"Backstage at the Emmys I met the cast of Glee! They are all sooo nice and it was Lea’s birthday the same day! So happy bday, doll!"

Very nice! (Wonder if this taken was before or after Lea had a diva freak out?)

Someone needs to learn to talk quieter!

Apparently, Lea Michele wasn't enjoying the after-party festivities for The Emmys last night. Though she was invited to the grand daddy of all the parties, The Governor’s Ball, spies on the scene noticed Lea have a bit of a temper tantrum.

At one point, sources saw Lea make a beeline for her BF, Theo Stockman, grab his hand and say (loudly),“Oh my God, I totally need bodyguards. Ugh!”

Too many gleeks up in her business, we imagine. The diva only has so much love to give. (Especially when she lost in her category…and on her birthday too!)

One Glee star who didn't let his loss prevent him from having a good time was Matthew Morrison. The same source says that Matt hit up a few parties last night and was constantly surrounded by lovely ladies!

Okay, see, that's what makes us go, "UGH!"

Don't do it, ladies! The gays won't be able to handle the loss!

Over the weekend, Kathy Griffin and Kristin Chenoweth both lost in their respective categories at the Schemmys. Among the numerous disappointed tweets Kathy sent out was this picture of the ladies reacting to their loss at the Governors Ball. Along with the pic, Kathy wrote:

"Ok, I admit, we're not taking it very well…remember, it's an honor 2 b nominated"

And remember, there is always next year!
