Ugh.

A Staten Island grand jury on Wednesday has decided against filing criminal charges against a NYPD officer named Daniel Pantaleo for the death of Eric Garner.

Eric, the father of six children, was killed after being placed in a chokehold by the police officer on July 17th. He was allegedly resisting arrest.

A small victory for Chris Brown might be coming!

The troublemaking singer is in the midst of an assault case, but he is lobbying for the charges to be thrown out and, we must admit, his argument seems pretty solid!

Breezy's clever lawyer, Mark Geragos, is claiming that prosecutors got an unfair advantage in the lawsuit for brawling with a fan in Washington D.C. last year.

Mark's insisting that the case be thrown out completely because prosecutors only brought the case before

aaron hernandez cousin tanya singleton faces charges after refusing to testify

It sounds like Aaron Hernandez's legal issues are spreading out to his family.

The former New England Patriot's cousin Tanya Singleton was arrested and has been in custody since August 1st after she refused to testify in front of a Grand Jury in Aaron's case.

She was indicted on a criminal contempt charge for her refusal to testify and is expected to be arraigned later today in court in Fall River.

Some feel that Tanya is trying to protect Aaron, as she has a connection to Ernest Wallace, one of the men who was riding with him the night of the murder. Sources say she purchased him a bus ticket soon after Odin Lloyd was killed.

Tanya could be withholding some important information, and if she does eventually testify, there's a possibility it can lead to a huge breakthrough.

Aaron still needs to appear in court in the future for his arraignment, but a date still hasn't been set.

aaron hernandez formally indicted for odin lloyd murder

Aaron Hernandez appeared in court earlier today where a Grand Jury formally indicted him for his connection to Odin Lloyd's murder.

Just last month, the former New England Patriot had a probable cause hearing pushed back so prosecutors would have more time to build their case, and it sounds like they may have found the evidence they were looking for.

Investigators got their hands on footage from Aaron's home surveillance system where he appears to be holding a

Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, students from Kazakhstan and college friends of the accused Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, were just indicted by a grand jury on charges of obstruction of justice today, according to the U.S. Attorney's office for Massachusetts.

The pair are being accused of removing Dzhokhar's backpack containing fireworks, and his laptop from his dorm room, after the FBI released pictures of Dzhokhar and his brother in order to discover their identities.

Dias and Azamat already potentially face 5 years in prison, having been previously charged with conspiracy, and if convicted of obstruction of justice for helping to hide evidence, they could serve an additional 20 years.

The two are currently in federal custody and await trial.

This news reminds us of that sad day in April, a tragedy that still is so fresh in our minds and hearts. So sad.

Barry Bond's Mistress Testifies Over His Steroid Use

The testimonies are piling up against home-run hitter Barry Bonds who is on trial for lying to a grand jury about his steroid use.

On Monday, his former mistress, Kimberly Bell, took the stand to testify about Bond's alleged steroid use and detailed his mojo declining, while his anger was rising.

Witnesses say she began to get emotionally choked up while describing a roid raging experience where the baseball player said he was going to "rip off her breasts because he paid for them."

Yikes! That sounds horrific! Poor girl!

Check out the video above detailing the days events in the San Francisco court house where the trail is being held.
