To recap - back in November, we learned that Keith Urban was scheduled to have throat surgery to get rid of a polyp that had developed on his vocal chords.
Earlier today, we were very pleased to hear that Keith had scheduled his triumphant post-surgery return to the stage for February 3rd at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee!
Now, Keith has opened up about the recovery process he went through following his surgery. Here's what he had to say about it:

Following vocal cord surgery late last year, Keith Urban is scheduled to return to stage on February 3rd at the Grand Ole Opry.
The Nashville, Tennessee concert will be Keith's first time singing since last November because he's been on vocal rest after a successful surgery removed a polyp from his vocal cord.

Country music fans and stars were saddened to hear yesterday that among the many structures devastated by the flooding in Nashville, The Grand Ole Opry House was one of the ones hit hardest.
Though the amount of damage is still unknown, judging by the picture, we can't imagine it faired well.
