Around 14,000 humpback whales move between Australia and Antarctica each year.
Out of all those whales, only about 10-15 of them are completely white.
So against the odds a baby white humpback was spotted off the coast of Australia, near the great barrier reef.
A local man out on his boat spotted the whale. He said:
"The calf, being a silly pup, when he popped his head out and saw the boat I think that excited his interest and he started to come towards us, but his mother didn't like that too much so she got him away, but we managed to capture all the photos."
With such a cute little guy as an example of how awesome whales are, it's hard to imagine that the Japanese still kill hundreds of them for "scientific research."

Oh! We'd been so excited for the Royal Wedding that we forgot all about the Royal Honeymoon!
So glad they reminded us!
While Prince William toured areas of Australia affected by last month's Cyclone Yasi, he revealed to the press that he and fiance Kate Middleton were considering vacationing down under after their nuptials in April!
"It's much nicer down here; the weather at home is dreadful. I will have to come back. Maybe we'll have a honeymoon in Cairns? I love scuba diving. I have always wanted to dive the Great Barrier Reef."
Although we doubt that with the amount of organization and planning that goes into as big an event as the Royal Wedding, that they don't already have their honeymoon plans in place!
But hey - who knows?
They could just want to make it to the big day in one piece before worrying about what comes next! We imagine that there's still LOTS to be done!
We're so excited for them! Royal Wedding Fever will just NOT subside! LOLz!
