Seriously! As long as you use portion control you can eat delicious whole foods and still lose weight!
Food?! Who needs stinking food when you're Colin Farrell!
Colin Farrell had been on a rocky road of abuse, even entering rehab in 2005.
And his body was paying the price for his actions…
Now, the actor says he's "enjoying life" and instead of focusing on his body with intense effort, he's slowly going through the motions.
Colin explains his new outlook:
I don't put the same level of energy into healthy living as I did into unhealthy living. I put an enormous amount of energy into the destruction of my body and if I put the same amount into treating my body in a positive way, that too would end up being a sickness.
But I eat really well, drink loads of green tea, and take a s**tload of vitamins.
And it looks like the results are paying off!

Margaux J. Rathbun openly admits to being a tea-aholic, but for good reason — it's good for her!
One her favorites is Matcha tea, which is referred to as "green tea on steroids."
What does that mean? To give you an idea, it's got 70 times the amount of antioxidants found in orange juice, 9 times the amount of beta-carotene found in spinach, plus lots of antiviral and antibacterial properties to keep you healthy during cold and flu season.
That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all of the healthy benefits this tea has to offer!
