Former Fox News Web Host Files Gender Discrimination Lawsuit Against The Network!

Another day, another discrimination lawsuit filed against Fox News.

Diana Falzone, former host of programming on FoxNews.com, filed a lawsuit on Monday in New York State Supreme Court alleging gender and disability discrimination.

In the suit, she claimed she was banned from participating in on-air activities at the network three days after writing an article about her battle with endometriosis, a gynecological condition she said led to her infertility.

Falzone says the company had approved the article before it was published; but three days after it ran in January of 2017, a supervisor told her he had been instructed by senior executives to ban her from ever appearing on FoxNews.com.

Not only that, but Falzone was virtually banned from all on air network activities. She would never be allowed to host her own shows, conduct her own interviews, appear on Fox TV, or even do voiceovers.

Falzone is being represented by attorney Nancy Erika Smith, who handled former anchor Gretchen Carlson's explosive sexual harassment suit against former news head Roger Ailes. The lawyer said in a statement:

Steve Bannon Once Told Fallen Fox News CEO Roger Ailes That Megyn Kelly Was 'The Devil'!

Steve Bannon may be a soulless, conniving white supremacist… but there are apparently even more sinister serpents slithering about the Republican media!

Namely Megyn Kelly, who, according to Donald Trump's key advisor, is "the devil" for turning against former Fox News CEO (and serial harasser) Roger Ailes.

Before he was the White House Chief Strategist, Bannon was the executive editor of Breitbart — which was pinned against Fox News in a clash of conservative media outlets during Trump's campaign.

A Politico article examined the fracture in the conservative media — and, ultimately, the Republican party — caused by Trump's rise in politics.

Critics would argue that the conservative media blowup was part of Trump's puppet master's (Bannon? Vladimir Putin?) plan to make way for the populist candidate, but Bannon would tell you it's all Megyn Kelly's fault!

Bannon said it was Kelly's relentless hounding of Trump during election season that made the conservative outlets come to blows, explaining:

New Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Claims Fox News 'Retaliated' Against Anchor For Refusing To Drag Gretchen Carlson!

Fox News faces yet another sexual harassment lawsuit.

Contributor Julie Roginsky's suit, published by Politico, alleges the network, former CEO Roger Ailes, and current co-president Bill Shine "unlawfully harassed, discriminated against, and retaliated against Roginsky and sabotaged her career."

The longtime political consultant became a panelist at Fox News in 2004. When Roginsky began to appear regularly on The Five in 2015, she claims Ailes started meeting with her privately and "would frequently steer the conversation to Roginsky's personal life."

In one conversation, Ailes allegedly implied he would give her a permanent slot on The Five in exchange for sexual favors. Roginsky refused and did not meet with the network head following that meeting.

The anchor is represented by attorney Nancy Erica Smith, who also represented Gretchen Carlson in her lawsuit against the network — which caused Ailes to step down in disgrace from his position.

According to the new suit, Roginsky's refusal to defend Ailes amid last year's explosive accusations led Shine to retaliate against her. The document states:

Kelly didn't reveal her encounters with Ailes until former colleague Gretchen Carlson accused the Fox News co-founder of sexual harassment earlier this year. And while she admitted her own experience with Ailes was just as harrowing, Kelly confessed to having "nine years of a healthy, working relationship" after reporting her boss to the company!

Sitting down with George Stephanopoulos, she said:

Report: Roger Ailes Leaving Fox News Over Sexual Harassment Lawsuit!

no title

Fox News is about to trim its rotten roots.

Last week, former network anchor Gretchen Carlson filed an explosive sexual harassment lawsuit against network Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes, in which she claimed she was fired for shutting down his sexual advances.

On Tuesday, the Drudge Report claimed Ailes would be leaving the cable news network and in turn receive at least a $40 million buyout.

For a hot second, it seemed like Fox News was making swift removal of its troubled Chairman, as the network apparently confirmed Ailes' exit to The Daily Beast.

But now it looks like they spoke too soon, because Fox walked back on the confirmation shortly afterwards…
