Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian took Tallulah, Darby, and Sullivan on a family vacation to the Caribbean and enjoyed a little fun in the sun at the beach!

But when they kiddies weren't looking, Dr. Shepherd got a tad bit frisky and decided to check out Grey's Jillian's Anatomy with a little pat on the booty!

We're not 100% sure what led to the surprise spanking, but we're guessing Patrick was trying to congratulate his wife on a job well done on pulling off that bikini!

Or maybe he was just trying to give her a high-five and missed REALLY badly! LOLz!!

Either way, it definitely looks like he got a handful!!

Ellen Pompeo had a good laugh while walking toward her car after leaving her personal trainer's gym in El Lay on Wednesday.

We're not sure what was so funny, but the Grey's Anatomy star did catch the attention of several people on the street as she donned some revealing blue spandex.

The 41-year-old has a fantastic body that most women would die for, but we're not sure we can say the same about that spandex. Ha!

Working out shouldn't be a fashion statement though, so we can't really hold it against her. The best gym attire is whatever you are comfortable in!

The actress is working out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who is responsible for shaping famous bodies like Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Nicole Richie.

You look great, Ellen! Keep up the good work!

Being curvy in Hollywood ain’t easy — just ask Grey’s Anatomy actress Sara Ramirez, who has struggled with body issues her whole life.

Said Sara:

“There’s a whole list of things you could worry about. Are you skinny enough? Talented enough? In all kinds of ways, I used to be really, really hard on myself.”

Sara revealed that she’s hit some dark places in her life, and has sometimes struggled to even get out of bed to go to a shoot. At the end of the day, though, Sara is strong and will continue to prevail over her struggles.

Sara Continued::

“I’ve never been very cookie cutter. If I choose something different from the status quo, it’s my responsibility and my choice to live my life that way.”

Patrick Dempsey saves lives on TV and in real life!

The Grey’s Anatomy actor organized a two-day run, walk, and bike fundraiser in Maine to raise more than $1.1 million for the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.

More than 4,000 people, including Dempsey, cycled, walked and ran over the weekend for the charity event.

All of this talk about Dempsey being a philanthropist is making us all hot and bothered. Time to watch some reruns of Grey’s!
