The Situation is giving a whole new meaning to GTL : gym, tan, LAWSUIT.

The Jersey Shore star is finally taking legal action against the Abercrombie & Fitch after they publicly offered him money to NOT wear their clothes earlier this year.

According to the suit filed in Florida, Sitch claims A&F "infringed on the GTL and the Situation trademarks" through their lame publicity stunt and by selling shirt with the words "The Fitchuation" and "GTL…You Know The Deal" printed on them.

Mike is seeking at least $4 million in damages.

Ouch. Maybe next time Abercrombie will keep their mouths shut.

The once beautiful Chris Hemsworth won America's heart as Captain Kirk's daddy in 2009's Star Trek - now looks like he's trying to win a spot on the Jersey Shore.

Looks like the studio pressured Hemsworth to take steroids bulk up for his title role in Thor.

Chris plays powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth and forced to live among humans as punishment. Once here, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.

In the new Thor trailer that premiered during the Super Bowl, it appears Thor also learns a thing or two about flirting with Natalie Portman.

Chris, leave the GTL look for The Situation.

Whoopsie! Looks like someone's premium is about to go up!

The Situation was just enjoying a simple afternoon of GTL yesterday when he came back to his car with his assistant and was told by the photogs that his car had been banged up.

What was real iffy about the whole thing is that Sitch seemed to know all about it, but didn't want to fess up on how it happened!

Shady, shady!

Ruh-roh, guidos! You betta pay your parking tickets!

While filming season 3, Jersey Shore's Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was taken into custody by the Seaside Heights, NJ police for allegedly not paying some parking tickets.

The Seaside Heights PD released a statement saying:

"On August 15, 2010 Ronald Ortiz was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants from two separate jurisdictions … Mr. Ortiz was transported to the Seaside Heights Police Department where he was processed and later released after satisfying the conditions of these warrants."

Ronnie only spent only about 30 minutes at the police station, then made a stop at the grocery store and called his mom (LOLs) before heading back to the cast house.

Ha!

This cast just can't stay away from trouble.

P.S. Does Ronnie look thinner? GTL must be really paying off.
