The Ides of March premiered in New York City this week and of course Evan Rachel Wood was there to walk the red carpet with the rest of the cast.
For Wednesday night's premiere, Evan chose a Gucci belted leather dress and matching hat.
We're really glad she took a break from wearing all those suits, but we can't get on board with the hat.
It's just too much.

Olivia Wilde can't seem to find her fashion footing for the Cowboys & Aliens press tour.
At the London premiere on Thursday, Olivia donned another frock by Gucci and the same Brian Atwood Maniac pumps she wore to the Berlin premiere earlier this week.
When you're someone as hot as she is, you don't wear a long-sleeve silk chiffon polka dot gown even if you're showing some side boob.
And as much as her roots are killing us, we will give her kudos for doing something different with her hair.

She may be getting a divorce, but Jennifer Lopez is still sporting a huge diamond ring on her left hand on the cover of Vanity Fair's September issue.
The Gucci-clad cover girl also gives an exclusive post-split interview with the mag and according to J.Lo everything is all rainbows and gumdrops.
Here's an excerpt:
"That was my biggest dream, and I really worked hard at it. We both did. Sometimes it doesn’t work—and that’s sad. But I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love. It’s still my biggest dream. I am positive—determined to move forward with my life, bring up my babies, and do the best job I can as a mother, entertainer, and person. I now look forward to new challenges. I feel strong."
See what we mean?

Add Gucci muse to her list of Florence Welch's many achievements!
The fashion house's creative director Frida Giannini revealed to Dazed Digital the fall 2011 was inspired the Florence and the Machine songstress after meeting her in El Lay.
"As I was imagining this collection I was thinking of a strong and somewhat mysterious muse. Florence is that kind of woman. I met her in Los Angeles at this year's Grammys and was captivated by her presence. She has a powerful personality and an entrancing quality to her performances. She also has that confident and self assured look that goes hand in hand with the Gucci woman."
What a HUGE compliment!
Wonder if this means Flo will be appearing in one of their ad campaigns???

And not in a good way!
Salma Hayek layered on the Gucci for the Puss In Boots photo call in Cannes on Wednesday.
Everything she wore was from the A/W 2011 collection, right down to her belt and shoes. We can't believe she wore a full on leather dress in the 70+ degree heat!
Salma also didn't change our opinion on that floral shrug Jennifer Lopez wore to the Met Gala last week. Still pretty fug.
This is a perfect example of why Francois-Henri Pinault should limit his wife's access to the PPR closets.
