It appears as if we have another Oscar Pistorius on our hands.

The former Flamengo goalkeeper, Bruno Fernandes de Souza was just convicted for the murder of his model ex-girlfriend, Eliza Samudio, and was sentenced to 22 years in prison in Brazil.

Bruno killed Eliza, but the body was never found because she was dismembered and parts of her carcass was fed to dogs.

No jail time!

Chris Evans’ brother, Scott Evans, has pulled a Lindsay Lohan and gotten off the hook with his court case after being charged with attempted possession of a controlled substance when he tried to buy cocaine from an undercover cop.

Captain America’s former soap star brother bit the bullet by pleading guilty and was sentenced to attending 60 Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

But get this!

He is so totes not pulling a LiLo and has already started attending the meetings to put this case far behind him.

Someone doesn't want to become a court regular!

And if he can complete them all in six months and behave, the case will be thrown out as if he was never foolish enough to try buying drugs from a cop.

Hey Hollywood, it pays to be honest!

Thank goodness!

James Holmes, the man who mercilessly killed 12 people during a Dark Knight Rises screening in Aurora, CO last July WILL stand trial for his "alleged" crimes, or so said Colorado District Judge William Sylvester Thursday night.

Holmes was expected to make a plea during today's scheduled arraignment, but the hearing has been postponed until March 12.

Apparently, Holmes' lawyers claim their client is mentally ill and needs more time to enter a plea.

Copious amounts of evidence link Holmes to the shootings, and as we've previously reported, Holmes has already been charged with 24 counts of murder and 116 counts of attempted murder in an untelevised hearing.

IF James is convicted, he could face the death penalty. If he is found not guilty because of his questionable mental state, he could be sent to an institution for the criminally insane.

After years and years of anticipation, Madonna’s super scary stalker recieved his rightful punishment!

Robert Linhart, who was arrested in 2010 for fixing himself outside of Madonna’s New York apartment with eery signs declaring his love, has now been sentenced to three years of probation and court-ordered anger management.

The sentencing follows Robert’s conviction last November for resisting arrest when the incident occurred.

Hopefully Robert will be watched closely because NO ONE CAN THREATEN THE QUEEN AND GET AWAY WITH IT!!!

Thank god she has that hunky hunk of man, Brahin Zaibat, to help protect her now!
