That interactive 'new media' experience that Viacom has dubbed the MTV O awards, will be back for a third installment of trying to break some musically-related Guinness world record.

For the first O Awards held in April 2011, rapper Chiddy of Chiddy Bang rapped for over nine hours in Las Vegas, breaking the records for Longest Freestyle Rap and the Longest Marathon Rapping.

Holy shiz!

In October, the O Awards headed to the Roxy Club in Hollywood and were successful in holding the longest-ever dance team marathon.

This year, the OMA's are raring to top Jay-Z's world record for most live concerts performed in multiple cities over a 24 hour period. Jay sets the bar at an impressive 7 cities.

On June 27th, the 24 hours+ livestream event will follow

Yorkie Sets Record For Smallest Working Dog

Lucy, the Yorkshire terrier, has just been named the Guinness Book of Records' smallest working dog.

She is a therapy dog, visiting disabled children and the elderly.

The three-year-old pup works for Leashes Of Love, making her rounds at nursing homes, special schools and hospitals in New Jersey.

Lucy is only just repaying the favor, she herself was shown some real kindness… by her owner.

Her owner saw her when a woman came into her pet boutique with her and said she was headed for the shelter.

She said:

"She was so pitiful and lethargic I couldn't leave her. As any mother would, I vowed to help her. I wasn't going to turn my back."

So now Lucy spends her time being tiny, cute and helping others.

What a good dog!

The World's Oldest Dog Has Died

So sad!

Pusuke, a 26-year-old male cross-breed was officially recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records about a year ago.

He died in his home with his owner just a few days ago.

He was born in March in 1985!!

So close to his 27th birthday.

That's well over 100 in dog years, so estimates would even put it around 185!!

He died only a few minutes after his owner returned home from a walk.

She said:

"I think [Pusuke] waited for me to come home."

Our thoughts and hearts go out to that woman and hope that the memories from her many years with Pusuke comfort her in this tough time.

The New Oldest Person Alive Is…

Oldest person alive

Maria Gomes Valentim, a 114-year-old Brazilian woman who was born on July 9, 1896, according to Guinness World Records.

Although bound to a wheelchair, the world's oldest person is in relatively good health and attributes her longevity to eating a roll of bread for breakfast everyday paired with fruit.

Her granddaughter told newspapers her long life is due to more than just a healthy diet too, explaining:

"She says she has lived long because she has always taken care of her own life – and not the life of others."

Less stress and less mess means a longer life!

Even MORE amazing than her age is the fact that she lives off of $335 a month thanks to Brazil's minimum pension.

Relatives hope her recognition may improve her financial system and so do we!

Guinness recognizes Maria's age as an unprecedented feat for her country, saying:

"To receive a claim from a woman born during the reign of Queen Victoria – before the Ford Motor Company was formed, or before even George and Ira Gershwin, were born – is remarkable in itself, but for that woman to be Brazilian makes it extra special. Never has a successful claim for longevity emerged from Brazil – until now."

Congrats on the title, Maria! We hope you hold it for many years to come!
